Funcom’s Conan Exiles is an open-world survival game set in Hyboria. You start with nothing, trying to survive in the harsh world. Explore, find resources, build a dwelling — or a city — and wage war with other clans. Conan Exiles plays both online and off, so if you don’t want to duke it out with other players, you can enjoy the game on your own.

Conan Exiles is available for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. You can read more about the game on the official website. The CGI trailer is just gorgeous, so let’s take a look at that one too, shall we?

    Conan: The Board Game

Conan: The Board Game arrived in one of the biggest packages ever reaching me from a Kickstarter. It’s truly a monster of a game, this. The retail edition isn’t quite as extensive as the biggest pledges, but man, those are a lot of skeletons and demons to vanquish!

Conan: The Board Game is a game for 2-5 players, where one player takes on the role as the Overlord, challenging the others to adventures. Publishers Monolith offers downloads if you want to take a look at the rules before diving into the vast adventures. Check them out on the official page, here.

Robert E. Howard’s Conan Roleplaying Game

Conan and Hyboria have a long history in the pen and paper role-playing game world. The latest game to let us step into the sandals of whatever kind of thief, warrior, or king we create, is made by Modiphius. Robert E. Howard’s Conan Roleplaying Game had a hugely successful Kickstarter campaign, and Modiphius keeps publishing new books to grow world.

Grab the core rulebook, and perhaps one of the numerous supplements, from the Modiphius store.

    Age of Conan: Unchained

Released all the way back in 2008, Funcom’s Age of Conan: Unchained MMO is still going strong. Here, Conan is the king, and you’re a pawn in his war-ridden world. Age of Conan: Unchained is an action-oriented MMO, and you can play it for free, so give it a go.

Age of Conan: Unchained is available for PC. Read more about it, and grab the game itself, on the official website.
